Series of educational lectures titled “The Revolution of 1821, motivational ideas and collectives”.
Cooperation with the Contemporary Social History Archives (ASKI).
The foundation organizes a series of educational lectures, that belong to the wider thematic titled “History and Literature”. This includes six events, each of them consisting of two lectures: a historical and a philological one. The lectures will highlight aspects of the transition from the multi-ethnic empire to the national state, revolving around matters of international and Greek history, as well as modern Greek literature. The series of lectures will be completed with a round table, based on the most recent approaches of the historiography regarding the revolution of 1821 (see the attached program).
